Luke Deuce & The Wildcards
Luke Deuce is a 21-year-old, award-winning country singer/songwriter from the Carolina mountains, based out of Greenville, SC, who’s been turning heads across the Southeast with his music and live shows. With nearly 900 performances in just the past four years, Luke has built a reputation for bringing authentic, heartfelt country music to every stage — whether it’s a three-hour set of all originals or a night of honky-tonk favorites that keeps folks dancing until closing time.
Backed by The Wildcards, a powerhouse group of seasoned players, the band delivers a show that’s high-energy, crowd-pleasing, and always unforgettable. Rooted in the sounds of classic country from the ’40s through the ’90s, Luke blends traditional storytelling with fresh, youthful energy, creating a style that resonates with both longtime country fans and new audiences alike. His stage presence, authenticity, and connection with the crowd have made him a proven draw across festivals, venues, and honky tonks throughout the Southeast.

“Luke is sharing the stories of South Carolina in his writing…We’re always looking to move new artists forward in our industry and get behind them and encourage them. This year, the South Carolina Entertainment & Music Hall of Fame added a new category in called The Rising Star. I would like to congratulate Luke for getting his ‘Rising Star’ Award.”

“The greatest gift that one artist can give another is inspiration. If you can inspire another artist to do something, whether it’s write a song, sing one of your songs, you know, whatever. If you can inspire another artist to create something, that is so freaking cool. There’s not a whole lot that’s cooler to me, man. Especially if it happens, like, randomly. Like, I’m just surfing the internet, scrolling through videos, and I see somebody. That is so cool. I got lucky in that the first person to record a song of mine was Cody Jinks. Must Be the Whiskey was the very first one. And as cool as that is - I’m not taking anything away from that, that’s incredible. I owe a lot to Jinks - that’s just as cool to me as I saw this 17-year-old kid named Luke Deuce, who recorded must be the whiskey. It was so awesome and was so freaking cool. While one version may have been a little bit more 'successful' depending on how you determine success, to me, they’re equally as freaking cool.”
